Q. I require next day UK delivery, what time must I order my item by?
A. The cut off for next day UK delivery is 3PM, Orders after 3PM will arrive a day after the next day.
Q. I do not require gift wrapping as I am buying something for myself, is this OK?
A. Simply don't select gift wrapping, it's only an optional extra.
Q. I'm nervous about using my credit card over the internet. Are your payments secure?
A. You must be careful when using your credit or debit card these days on-line or out shopping, all our payments are taken in a secure environment by PROTX. A. Yes you can, just phone 01304 207631 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone, any credit or debit card number you give us will later be shredded after the payment has gone through.

Q. I work for a law firm based in the City of London (Staff 600), we usually send flowers when a member of staff or their partners has a baby. We would like to do something different and I was wondering whether you would be able to invoice the firm for an order placed now and in the future?
